Yes your previous comment did come through and thanks for that also. I have just posted my entry form for next years 2009 NGS Open Garden (with wine and nibbles this time) and now there's no going back!

2009 'Garden Days' diaries will soon be in the stores again and have been published every year since 1996 when the design first came out. I feel very very grateful to all the people who continue to buy them year after year.

Thanks for your encouraging comment on my blog recently...I am also a friend of Val Greeley's, she basically encouraged me to do the blog and I am still very new at the whole thing. I did want to say that I visited your website and your work is beautiful and oh so very English. I live in Maine and I have been here in the US for over 20 years now but I can spot a great piece of Brit illustration from a mile away.

Nice to have some little helpers, love the garden table and chairs. I searched high and low here in NS for some similar ones, but in the end had to settle for wood in my garden :)
